Breathe (formerly Love Thy Lungs tea) is a warming blend of traditional respiratory herbs crafted for daily or as-needed sipping. Mullein leaf and elecampane root anchor this aromatic, cozy cup.

Ingredients: Organic mullein leaf, ginger root, hyssop, licorice root, peppermint, elecampane root, fennel seed, eucalyptus.

Taste Notes: Warming and aromatic with gentle sweetness from licorice and fennel, a cool peppermint-eucalyptus lift, and a root-earthy base.

Brewing Instructions:

• Use 1 tea bag per 8–10 oz cup
• Steep in just-off-boil water (200°F) for 5–7 minutes
• Cover while steeping to capture the aromatic oils
• Enjoy 1–3 cups daily
